Senior Portraits Booking

When booking an appointment, keep a few things in mind:

1. Once booked, appointments cannot be changed, so please select your dates and times carefully. If something comes up and you cannot make your appointment, please contact Crystal Sliva at least 48 hours in advance to see if there are any other openings.

2. Please bring the correct payment amount for your sitting fee with you. Photographers are not able to make change. Sitting fees begin at $10 for the basic senior portrait sitting (cap/gown and drape/tux) and increase depending on the number of poses and outfit changes you request. Detailed sitting fee information will be sent out at a later date. This is not a down payment on a portrait package. A sitting fee pays the portrait artist for taking your photo. You will receive proofs with purchasing information later.

3. Please do not bring guests to the portrait appointment due to COVID restrictions. The campus administration and the portrait studio have taken great care to ensure everyone’s safety, so please be courteous and follow the safety guidelines, including wearing a mask, which can be removed only for your photograph.

4. Gentlemen should be clean shaven. All gauges and facial piercing should be removed before sitting for the portrait. The photographers are not responsible for reminding seniors of these guidelines. Seniors who do not follow these appearance codes run the risk of not being pictured in the senior section of the yearbook.

5. Please be on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may run the risk of being turned away due to COVID restrictions.
